Milli Savunma Bakanlığı, yaptığı bir açıklama ile Astsubay Kıdemli Çavuş Nihat İrgi’nin şehit olduğunu duyurdu.

Açıklamada, “Dynamic Mariner/Flotex-25 Tatbikatı’nda görevli TCG KEMALREİS Komutanlığı’nda 29 Mart tarihinde rahatsızlanan Astsubay Kıdemli Çavuş Nihat İrgi, gemide gerçekleştirilen tüm müdahalelere rağmen kurtarılamayarak şehit olmuştur.” ifadelerine yer verildi.
